Don Arceo immigrated to the United States from the Philippines in 2003. He was born in the Northern part of Luzon, Philippines in the city of Burgos. Don attended undergraduate school at Far Eastern University in Manila, Philippines; and he attended law school in the Philippines at Arellano University at Pasay City.

Don has an extensive professional career. He worked for Movie & TV Review and Classification Board, the Supreme Court of the Philippines, Genesis Keene Center, Philippines National Bank, U.S. Census Bureau, and Prudential Texas Properties. Don worked as an executive assistant for the Supreme Court of the Philippines before moving to the United States.

Don gave up his dream of practicing law in the Philippines to follow his wife here to America. As an immigrant to the United States, Don has gone through the difficult path of becoming a U.S. Citizen. Now with sure footing underneath him, he is getting back into the legal world and is currently working for THE WILLINGHAM LAW FIRM as a paralegal.
